Digital Signatures Reference Data
To specify the reference data for the Digital Signatures functionality, enter 'E-Mail Templates' in the Search field as this is the only relevant reference data.
The following reference data is applicable for configuring the Digital Signatures functionality:
Use this reference data to edit the email that is sent to learners when you are requesting them to sign a report.
After selecting the DIGITAL_SIGNATURE email template, you can amend the default body text that will be sent in the email to the learner as well as adding in a default from address, default to address and a default attachment or file path that you want to be included in the email.
